Silvia Henriquez es una trabajadora social licenciada y recibió su MaestrÃa en Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Rutgers en 2016. Silvia trabajó como pasante en el Centro de Salud de Escuelas Comunitarias de Servicio Completo y está emocionada de haberse unido al equipo en 2018. Silvia ha trabajado en varios entornos, más recientemente Niños inmigrantes / refugiados no acompañados en acogida temporal de transición. Silvia ha tenido experiencia previa en supervisión en programas de cuidado de crianza, alcance y prevención en Nueva Jersey y Nueva York. ¡Silvia trabajará en las escuelas Napier Academy y Sen. Hello! My name is Ricky Rivera and I am a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey. I earned my Master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University and had the opportunity to intern with FSCS during the 2023-2024 school year.
My experience spans working with children, teens, and adults across community settings, school-based programs, and the justice system. I take a non-judgmental approach, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I am excited to continue my work this school year at PS #22 in Jersey City. I look forward to making a positive impact in our school!

I am an accomplished Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Seton Hall University. Demonstrating expertise in diverse environments—from outpatient centers to private practice—I offer a warm and engaging therapeutic approach to my work with children, teens, and adults.
My background includes extensive experience in various social services, allowing me to connect meaningfully with clients from all walks of life. Driven by my commitment to nurturing academic and emotional growth, my passion lies in guiding students and their families toward fulfilled, balanced lives.
I joined FSCS in early 2024, and I am excited to be back to support schools PS 22 and PS 29 for the school year as a Licensed Social Worker and Task Supervisor.

Rebecca Bischoff, LCSW

Hi, my name is Rebecca Bischoff and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have a Master’s from Fordham University in Clinical Social Work. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in outpatient centers, inpatient treatment, school-based programs, and private practice.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques and trauma informed care. I have a warm, compassionate and non judgemental approach and set individualized goals with my clients to meet their needs and improve their functioning. I look forward to working in School 23 in Jersey City this school year
