30 students at Joseph A. Taub School enjoyed a Paint and Chat art event created by FSCS Behavioral Health Social Worker, Justine Ruiz and NJCDC Adam Jawiech.
The 6th to 8th students were led to paint and chat by two unbelievably talented twin students, who only picked up painting 6 months ago but are painting at an intermediate to professional level.
During the April 24th event, participants listened to mindfulness music while interacting, chatting, and painting together.
Effectively, students were able to laugh and smile prior to state testing occurring.
